男山：北海男山《旭川市》
Otokoyama Asahikawa-City
世界じゅうで名を馳せる男山の創業は1899年。全国各地に「男山」を名乗る酒蔵は数多いが、1968年に元祖男山である伊丹の山本家末裔から正統の印である印鑑が継承され、正当な男山の末裔とされました。
1977年から続けて世界各地で開催される酒類コンクールで金賞を受賞し続けています。杜氏は北村文秀氏
“Otokoyama” who is known around the world. Founded in 1899.
There are many breweries who call themselves “Otokoyama” all over the country, but “Otokoyama” in Asahikawa-city is the main home.
In 1968, it was inherited from the the original Otokoyama [Yamamoto family]
who was in Itami, and was certified as a legitimate Otokoyama brewery.
Otokoyama in Asahikawa has been awarded the gold medal at the world alcoholic competition since 1977.Current brewer is Mr. Fumihide Kitamura.
