『YUHZOME 』は世界最大の国際ワインコンテスト「Decanter World Wine Awards 2020」で金賞受賞しています。多少のスパイシーさを感じさせつつ、優しい味わいになるように仕上げています。スパイシーさに加え、ボディとタンニンも強く感じられる味わいですが、重い仕上がりにはしなっていません。
■YUHZOME 2017 Zweigeltrebe NIKI HILLS Yoichi Town 16000 (17600) NIKI Hills Winery’s first red wine made from Zweigeltrebe grapes. YUHZOME won a gold medal at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2020, the world’s largest international wine competition. It has a gentle taste with a slight spiciness. In addition to the spiciness, the body and tannins are also strong, but the finish is not heavy.

バレル （木樽）という名の通り、フランス産のオ ーク樽で1年間じっくりと寝かせます。やわらかな樽香とまろやかな口当たり、初心者におすすめの飲み口おだやかな赤ワイン。

■十勝ワイン セイオロサム 2021 池田町 5800 (6380）
十勝ワインで最初に造られたビンテージワインツバイゲルトレーベ種、清見種を使用し一定温度セラー内のフレンチオーク樽で一定期間熟成させました数種類のブドウの調和によるブーケ(熟成香)のすばらしいワインです。
This is the first vintage wine produced by Tokachi Winery. It is made from Zweigeltrebe and Kiyomi grapes and aged for a certain period in French oak barrels in a constant temperature cellar. It is a wonderful wine with a bouquet (aged aroma) that is the result of the harmony of several types of grapes.

澄んだルビー色、針葉樹やバラのような香り、野生的なニュアンスも感じられます。丸みのある口当りから、梅や赤紫蘇のような香りも顔を覗かせます。ほどよいボリューム感と伸びやかな酸が心地良い余韻をもたらすロゼワインです。
■Flower Rord Wild Yeast 2023 Sapporo Fujino Winery Sapporo City 8000 (8800) Clear ruby color, aromas like conifers and roses, and wild nuances. The rounded mouthfeel also reveals aromas like plum and red shiso. This rosé wine has just the right amount of volume and a smooth acidity that leaves a pleasant aftertaste.

■龍之介（りゅうのすけ）2019 山幸 相澤ワイナリー 帯広市 13500 (14850)
山幸種は全無農薬、無化学肥料でぶどうを栽培されています。野生酵母で発酵後、古樽にて5か月熟成無ろ過無清澄で瓶詰めしました。赤みがかった琥珀色でベリー系の香りの中にスパイシーな香りも感じるワイルドで優しいワインです。瓶詰め時に少量の酸化防止剤を使用しています。
■Ryunosuke 2019 Yamayuki Aizawa Winery Obihiro City 13500 (14850) Yamayuki grapes are grown without any pesticides or chemical fertilizers. After fermentation with wild yeast, the wine is aged for 5 months in old barrels and bottled unfiltered and unclarified. It is a wild and gentle wine with a reddish amber color and a berry aroma with a spicy aroma. A small amount of antioxidants are used during bottling.
■류노스케(류노스케) 2019 야마유키 아이자와 와이너리 오비히로시 13500 (14850) 야마유키종은 전무농약, 무화학비료로 포도를 재배하고 있습니다. 야생 효모로 발효 후, 고통에서 5개월 숙성 없음 여과 무청징으로 병 넣었습니다. 붉은 붉은 호박색으로 베리계의 향기 안에 매운 향기도 느끼는 와일드로 상냥한 와인입니다. 병에 넣을 때 소량의 산화 방지제를 사용하고 있습니다.

セイベル１３０５３種とオーストリア原産のツヴァイゲルトレーベ種のブレンドでフレンチオークで１２ヶ月熟成（新樽率１０％）。樽由来のバニラやスパイスを思わせる香りとドライフルーツを思わせる赤系果実の香りが楽しめます。ミディアムライトな口当たりの中にも風味豊かな果実味が口に広がり、丸みを帯びたタンニン（渋味）と相まって食欲をそそります。

A blend of Seibel 13053 and Austrian Zweigeltrebe varieties, aged for 12 months in French oak (10% new oak). You can enjoy the aroma of vanilla and spices from the barrels and the aroma of red fruits reminiscent of dried fruit. The medium-light mouthfeel is accompanied by a rich fruit flavor that spreads throughout the mouth, and the rounded tannins (astringency) whet your appetite.

세이벨 13053종과 오스트리아 원산의 츠바이겔트레이베종의 블렌드로 프렌치 오크로 12개월 숙성(신통률 10%). 배럴 유래의 바닐라와 향신료를 연상시키는 향기와 말린 과일을 연상시키는 붉은 계열 과일의 향기를 즐길 수 있습니다. 미디엄 라이트인 입맛 속에도 풍미 풍부한 과일 맛이 입에 퍼져, 둥근 탄닌(시부미)과 함께 식욕을 돋웁니다.

ふらのワインを代表する本格派の赤ワイン。2015年富良野産ツヴァイゲルトレーベを一つ一つ丹念に手摘みし、樽で1年、ビンで４年熟成させました。華やかなブーケと果実味のある味わいがバランスよく調和したワインです。

Zweigeltrebe grapes from Furano in 2015 were carefully hand-picked one by one and aged for one year in barrels and four years in bottles. This wine has a well-balanced combination of a gorgeous bouquet and fruity flavor.
■후라노 츠바이겔트레이베 2016 후라노시 10000 (12000) 후라노 와인을 대표하는 본격파의 레드 와인. 2015년 후라노산 츠바이겔트레이베를 하나하나 정성껏 손으로 따서, 통으로 1년, 빈으로 4년 숙성시켰습니다. 화려한 꽃다발과 과일 맛이 있는 맛이 균형있게 조화를 이룬 와인입니다.

明度の高いきれいなルビー色。熟したフランボワーズ、ブラックベリーの甘い香りが印象的です。きめ細かなタンニンと穏やかな酸。しっかりした味のミディアムボディ。

札幌市南区の豊平峡ダムサイトにあるトンネルをセラーとして使用し、年間を通して気温10℃前後、かつ全く光が入らない環境で熟成中の製品です。八剣山ワイナリーは、北海道開発局のご協力を得て、より完成度の高いワインを目指して、2015年春から5か年計画でこの実験を行っています。熟成が期待できるボディのしっかりした赤ワインを主体に、ロング天然コルクを使用して長期熟成に備えています。
■Hakkenzan Winery, Hoheikyo Dam Aged, 2016, Seibel 13053, Sapporo City, 10,000 (11,000) This product is aged in a tunnel at the Hoheikyo Dam site in Minami Ward, Sapporo City, in an environment where the temperature is around 10℃ throughout the year and there is no light at all. With the cooperation of the Hokkaido Regional Development Bureau, Hakkenzan Winery has been conducting this experiment since the spring of 2015 as part of a five-year plan, aiming to produce a more complete wine. The wines are mainly full-bodied red wines that can be expected to age well, and long natural corks are used to prepare for long-term aging.
■하치켄산 와인 나리 토요히라협 댐 숙성 2016 세이벨 13053 삿포로시 10000 (11000) 삿포로시 미나미구의 도요히라쿄 댐 사이트에 있는 터널을 셀러로서 사용해, 년중 기온 10℃ 전후, 한편 전혀 빛이 들어가지 않는 환경에서 숙성중의 제품입니다. 핫켄야마 와이너리는 홋카이도 개발국의 협력을 얻어 보다 완성도가 높은 와인을 목표로 2015년 봄부터 5년 계획으로 이 실험을 실시하고 있습니다. 숙성을 기대할 수 있는 바디의 확고한 레드 와인을 주체로, 롱 천연 코르크를 사용해 장기 숙성에 대비하고 있습니다.

■TAKIZAWA WINE デラウエア オレンジ 滝澤ワイナリー 岩見沢市

北海道余市町産のデラウェアを使用し、醸し仕込みで仕上げた亜硫酸無添加のオレンジワインです。野生酵母による一次発酵、並びに自然なマロラクティック発酵に進みました。細かい澱は残したままステンレスタンクで約7ヶ月間の熟成を行いました。
This is an orange wine made using Delaware grapes from Yoichi, Hokkaido, and fermented in a fermentation process without the addition of sulfites. It underwent primary fermentation with wild yeasts and natural malolactic fermentation. It was aged for about 7 months in a stainless steel tank, leaving the fine sediment behind.
홋카이도 Yoichitown의 델라웨어를 사용하여 양조 준비로 완성한 아황산 무첨가 오렌지 와인입니다. 야생 효모에 의한 1차 발효, 그리고 자연적인 말로락틱 발효에 진행되었습니다. 세세한 전분은 남긴 채 스테인레스 스탠크로 약 7개월간의 숙성을 실시했습니다.

北海道の魅力を一つに、自然なロゼ色に仕上げています。
ミュラーやソーヴィニヨンブラン等7種使用、まず紅茶、そして苺、柑橘も混ざり檸檬、そして土地のミネラルがその果実感を浮き上がらせました。北海道原産のワインに使われる葡萄品種を６種・・色の違いを問わずブレンドしたロゼです。
It combines the charms of Hokkaido and has a natural rose color.
It uses seven varieties of grapes, including Muller and Sauvignon Blanc, and starts with black tea, followed by strawberries and citrus fruits, lemon, and the minerals of the land bring out the fruitiness. It is a rose made by blending six grape varieties used in wines native to Hokkaido, regardless of the differences in color.
홋카이도의 매력을 하나로 자연스러운 로제색으로 완성하고 있습니다.
뮐러나 소비뇽 블랑 등 7종 사용, 우선 홍차, 그리고 딸기, 감귤도 섞여 檸檬, 그리고 토지의 미네랄이 그 과실감을 떠올랐습니다. 홋카이도 원산의 와인에 사용되는 포도 품종을 6종··색의 차이를 불문하고 블렌드한 로제입니다.

３０年以上にわたり、余市町でワイン専用品種を栽培している契約農園産の高品質なメルローを１００％使用しています。
果皮や種と一緒にタンクの中でおよそ１日間浸漬して、果皮の色を果汁にうつします。ピンク色に色づいた果汁をタンクから抜き取り、引き続き醗酵させます。酸化の影響を避けるため熟成は行わず、充填しています。
We use 100% high-quality Merlot grapes from a contracted farm in Yoichi Town that has been cultivating wine varieties for over 30 years.
The juice is left to soak in a tank with the skins and seeds for about a day, allowing the color of the skins to transfer to the juice. The pink-colored juice is removed from the tank and allowed to continue fermentation. To avoid the effects of oxidation, the wine is bottled without aging.
30년 이상에 걸쳐, 요이치쵸에서 와인 전용 품종을 재배하고 있는 계약 농원산의 고품질인 멜로를 100% 사용하고 있습니다.
과피와 씨앗과 함께 탱크에 약 하루 동안 침지하여 과피의 색을 과즙에 우울합니다. 핑크색으로 물들인 과즙을 탱크에서 빼내어 계속 발효시킵니다. 산화의 영향을 피하기 위해 숙성은 실시하지 않고, 충전하고 있습니다.

ピノ・ノワールが主体で、ブランド・ノワールのツヴァイゲルトをミックスしました。繊細な色調。イチゴのようなフルーティーな香りが漂い、バルサミコ酢や紅茶、下草のようなニュアンスも感じられます。様々なシーンに対応するエネルギッシュな辛口ロゼワインです。おそらく二度と造らないサプライズワインです！
This wine is made mainly from Pinot Noir, mixed with Zweigelt from Blanc Noir. It has a delicate color. It has a fruity aroma like strawberries, and also has nuances of balsamic vinegar, black tea, and ground cover. It is an energetic dry rosé wine that can be enjoyed in a variety of situations. It is a surprise wine that will probably never be made again!
피노 느와르가 주체로, 브랜드 느와르의 츠바이겔트를 믹스했습니다. 섬세한 색조. 딸기와 같은 과일 향이 감도는 발사믹 식초와 홍차, 시모쿠사 같은 뉘앙스도 느껴집니다. 다양한 장면에 대응하는 활기찬 매운 로제 와인입니다. 아마 두 번 다시 만들지 않는 서프라이즈 와인입니다!
